The companies Baleària and Fred. Olsen Express have acquired 74 containers carrier from the Aragonese manufacturer Lecitrailer, which will facilitate the freight service on the Huelva-Canary Islands route.
The Baleària shipping company has once again placed its trust in Lecitrailer's vehicles, specifically in the LTCO-HC-3S lightweight semi-trailer container carrier for 45' containers.
Baleària has chosen the configuration that best suits their requirements and needs in the pre-manufacturing process for the units, thanks to flexibility in the design and production of semi-trailers at Lecitrailer. This will thereby allow it to optimise the performance of the semi-trailers in terms of both durability and maintenance.
These semi-trailers have been treated with the new KLT primer process (e-coat by Lecitrailer), which guarantees the complete painting process as the best protection against corrosion by applying a uniform 50-micron primer coat.
The 13,700 mm long containers carrier are equipped with disc brakes and 385/65 R22.5, EBS size tyres, with reinforced support stands, freight vessel lashing rings and special "skid ship" bumpers, apart from the accessories that Baleària has indicated. With an unladen weight of 3,700 kg, it optimizes transport of the 45' container.
Like all Lecitrailer semi-trailers, they offer the manufacturer's own exclusive after-sales service through facilities located in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Zaragoza, and at all its authorised service centres.
